Sign a CTAplus extended warranty contract and benefit from guaranteed security for your heat pump for up to 12 years from start-up. It is kept in perfect working order by our specialists and faults on the heat pump are rectified with a maximum response time of 24 hours. This means you receive optimal all-round protection at calculable prices – so that your heat pump provides efficient and cost-effective heat for a long time. The contract can be cancelled annually.

CTAplus does not cover the following heat pumps and accessories: Groundwater heat pumps without intermediate circuit or with customer-specific integrated components as well as the remote access accessories.
