Ease your service needs faster with the ASS number

The ASS number is used to identify and allocate your CTA system installed. It is a 6-digit number and may contain a decimal place (e.g. 321456 or 789654.2).

This number allows us to determine who is responsible for handling your service request. This means we can focus more closely on fixing the problem.

To find the ASS number, look for the sticker on the CTA system. The sticker is located either immediately next to a system controller’s display unit or on the side of a split air conditioning unit.

ASS is CTA’s in-house abbreviation for “Appliance Service & Support”
