It is kept in perfect working order by our specialists and faults on the heat pump are rectified with a maximum response time of 24 hours. This means you receive optimal all-round protection at calculable prices – so that your heat pump provides efficient and cost-effective heat for a long time. The contract can be cancelled annually.

CTAplus does not cover the following heat pumps and accessories: Groundwater heat pumps without intermediate circuit or with customer-specific integrated components as well as the remote access accessories.

• Heat pump repairs carried out with a maximum response time of 24 hours
• Follow-up inspection as part of the heat pump system module, worth 500.00 CHF. Energy check for optimal adjustment and maintenance/repairs in 3rd year of operation
• Energy check for optimal adjustment and maintenance/repairs in 3rd year of operation
• Maintenance/repairs + mandatory leakage checks in the 6th, 10th and 12th year of operation
