CTAplus – All-inclusive service with warranty extension
For newly installed heat pumps, we recommend that you take out a CTAplus contract [↗]. With this all-inclusive service and the extended warranty it entails, everything will be “done and dusted”. It gives you guaranteed security for up to 12 years from after your heat pump is commissioned. Our experts will keep your heat pump in perfect working order. Faults are dealt with within a maximum response time of 24 hours. This gives you peace of mind at predictable prices, to ensure your heat pump will continue to run efficiently and cost-effectively for a long time to come.The contract can be terminated in any year and you have two years after your pump is commissioned in which to sign up.Alternatively, or once your CTAplus contract has expired, we offer a flat-rate service contract to keep your heat pump in perfect working order.Flat-rate service – Periodic servicing at a fixed price
Are you looking to have your heat pump serviced regularly to ensure will keep running perfectly and in an energy-efficient manner for a long time to come? Try our flat-rate service contract – CTA will contact you automatically when your next service is due. You can opt for either annual or biannual service visits – as often as you feel you need. Our service technician will check whether your heat pump is still operating at the correct, energy-efficient settings – and thus reducing costs. Leak testing and general maintenance are included as part of the service. After every service appointment, you will be charged what was been agreed in the contract, which covers both the actual work and the technician’s travelling expenses. If any materials needed to be used, you will also be charged for these. Of course, we will inform you before beginning any work.
